Help and documentation for the TISIGNER suite

Help

TISIGNER is a suite of tools designed to improve outcomes of recombinant protein expression experiments.

If you have a nucleotide sequence, we recommend starting with SoDoPE to explore the solubility profile along the sequence. This is because some domains within a sequence may exhibit higher solubility compared to the full sequence.

By identifying these regions using SoDoPE, you can then optimize the mRNA for those specific areas with higher solubility using our TISIGNER mRNA optimization tool.

The Demo Mode button allows you to explore TISIGNER functionality without submitting requests to the live server. When enabled, sample data is loaded so you can try out our features safely. Toast notifications will appear to confirm that Demo Mode is active and show when demo results are loaded.
